Our Return Policy
Plain and simple: Oceana Jewelry stands behind its products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We will even pay for your shipping on returns and exchanges (within the continental US).
We offer complimentary shipping on all purchases and returns (inside the continental U.S.). If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will send you a pre-paid postage label to return it to us. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
International Orders
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to orders outside the U.S. at this time. We do ship to U.S. military bases, Alaska and Hawaii, however, shipping costs are not complimentary for these locations at this time.
