Completely remake the necklace.

Place it on a bead board and select interesting beads to place between the beads on your current necklace. The possibilities here are almost unlimited. You can make it classically elegant by using a repeating pattern in a similar shade as your current beads or make it funky and eclectic by adding beads in unusual shapes, colors, and patterns.
