Orders received by Oceana Jewelry are typically sent by USPS, but expedited shipping through UPS is also available. Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for special shipping times that may apply. Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after placed. Standard shipping typically takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

All orders placed with Oceana Jewelry are eligible for free first-class shipping, as long as the shipping address is located within the continental United States. This applies to ground shipping only, with the entire order going to one address (free shipping does not apply to orders with items going to multiple addresses). 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Expedited shipping charges are available as well. Normal "rush delivery" charges apply and can be calculated during checkout if desired.

Returns & Exchanges
In order to return or exchange an item, please return it to our PO address within 30 days, in its original packaging. There must be no signs of wear or tear. The full item cost will be returned, minus shipping charges.
