DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION: Register to receive the Oceana Jewelry Monthly Newsletter and you are automatically entered to win. Removing your name from our newsletter mailing list automatically withdraws that name from the monthly drawing pool. Every month one (1) name will be drawn from the pool of names eligible to win and that one person will be notified that they have won the JEWELRY PRIZE WORTH BETWEEN $20 and $100 ("JEWELRY PRIZE"). Monthly drawings will be made on the 25th of every month. The pool of entries will include all newsletter subscribers and write-in entries received by the 24th of each month.

People wishing to register to be included in the drawing, but not receive the monthly newsletter, may send in their name, address, email address and phone number on a 3x5 index card to:

Mutilated or illegible entries will be disqualified, as will entries from unpermitted channels. Oceana Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen entries.

PRIVACY: Personal information will only be used by OCEANA JEWELRY for the purpose of sending notices regarding purchase opportunities. Those entries from individuals not wishing to be included on the Oceana Jewelry Monthly Newsletter mailing list will not be included in marketing correspondence from OCEANA JEWELRY. We do not give any personal information to any other company for any purpose.

WINNING: Winners of JEWELRY PRIZE will be notified via their email address with the announcement: "YOU WON A JEWELRY PRIZE FROM OCEANA" Winners must respond via e-mail at [EMAIL ADDRESS] or phone at 1-561-865-0556 to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited. Only one JEWELRY PRIZE item will be awarded per calendar month, with a maximum of twelve (12) items being awarded per calendar year. Limit one JEWELRY PRIZE winner per family. The JEWELRY PRIZE item will be sent out in one shipment. The winner may be offered a choice of jewelry items from which to select their prize. In this event, the winner will be asked to select ONE jewelry item as their prize. The winner must select their prize from the group of items offered. However, Oceana Jewelry reserves the right to solely select the winner(s) prize and is not obligated to offer a choice of prizes. Any domestic and international shipping charges, duties, taxes and sales taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

LIMITATIONS: Limit ONE entry per person and per e-mail address. All claims subject to verification. Material submitted becomes property of Oceana Jewelry and will not be returned.

If, due to a printing, production, e-mail, or other error, more winning JEWELRY PRIZES are awarded or distributed, or more prizes are claimed/redeemed, than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize. In no event will Oceana Jewelry be obligated to award more than the maximum amount (12) of JEWELRY PRIZES awarded in any calendar year.

If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner of a JEWELRY PRIZE, you are not eligible to claim a prize.

Only residents of the United States are eligible to enter and/or claim a prize. Only individuals eighteen years of age (18) or older are eligible to enter and/or claim a prize.

Monthly drawing is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except employees of Oceana Jewelry, participating retailers, their respective parental companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, wholesalers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each.

Void where prohibited by law.

All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner/offer recipient.

No transfer/substitution of prize by winner permitted.

In order to receive prize, winner must execute Affidavit of Prize Acceptance and Release which constitutes permission to Oceana Jewelry, its agencies, promotional partners and participating retailers to use recipient's name/likeness for advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Oceana Jewelry reserves the right to substitute prize with an offer of equal/greater value. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Oceana Jewelry.

In the event of termination of the online entry portion of the program, a notice will be posted online indicating how to enter via the mail and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination and all eligible mail-in entries received. In the event a dispute arises with respect to the drawing and regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, Oceana Jewelry will be solely responsible for making a determination as to who the winner is in its sole discretion. All judging decisions are final. An entry made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Participant may be requested to provide Oceana Jewelry with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Oceana Jewelry.

Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.

By accepting prize/offer, winners/offer recipients agree to hold Oceana Jewelry, and its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of prize/offer.

Winner/offer recipients assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer.

Oceana Jewelry is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize/offer or in the administration of the promotion.

AVAILABLE PRIZES/OFFERS, APPROX. RETAIL VALUES AND APPROX. ODDS OF WINNING/RECEIVING (UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES/OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED): Monthly odds of winning will be one (1) divided by the number of eligible newsletter subscriptions and written entries received at the time of the drawing. As of August 21, 2008, the odds of winning were approximately 1 in 400. Odds of winning will vary on a monthly basis based on the number of subscriptions and entries received.

The duration of the period in which monthly drawings are held is the sole discretion of Oceana Jewelry and not subject to notice of cancellation of discontinuance.
